As the month of September roles to and end, I continue to lose inches...(men, there are actually areas that it is good to hear your soul mate tell you, that you have lost inches!!!).
I attended a 3 hour, T Harv Ecker seminar in Thursday night, and as I was getting dressed I noticed that I was down 2 notches on my belt loop! This was enough to further motivate me to stay on course and not deviate from my regime. I am not going to lie to you....there have been a few times when I have wanted something that was not on my 'list of foods to enjoy' (ie. french fries, soft ice cream, sundaes etc.). But those cravings did not last too long, and when they subsided I actually felt like I accomplished something by not giving in to temptation. It has now become easier to eat smaller portions throughout the day; it is almost ingrained in my lifestyle.
I feel so good right now that I don't believe I will want to be as big as I was 4 weeks ago. My strength levels are still comparable (I performed a set of weighted chin ups with 60lbs for a set of 8 repetitions), and I have more energy.
It has been almost 1 month, I am 12lbs lighter, and I am feeling great!
